In developing countries, millions of people die unnecessarily because of a lack of good health care.

Medic to Medic aims to increase the number of doctors in the country, by sponsoring and supporting medical students there.

A mentoring/teaching programme is being set up to give UK medical students the chance to help and support the Malawian students, in their summer holidays.

Medic to Medic also gives medics in the UK a chance to financially support the students, who could not otherwise afford to study Medicine as well as organise fundraising events.

We have currently organised 2 raids for fundraising and a battle of the bands function at Emmanual Bar. We have organised 8 placements for this Summer in Malawi and are recieving applications at present.
