St Catharine's College Welfare Grid

Of respondents to the CUSU Big Cambridge Survey 2015, 90.76% of the 58 students who said that they had accessed support from their tutors reported that it was excellent. Students at St Catharine’s can easily access policies on harassment and there is a Fitness to Study policy. The Students’ Union Advice Service website is clearly from their College website.  They do have access to a College who provides mental health support alongside a counsellor.  Student-facing staff receive training in Mental Health Awareness and College Porters do not receive unconscious bias training.

Students who do not receive government grants can still get financial support from the college.

If a student wishes to intermit they will keep in contact with their tutor who will provide support for re-entering study. Intermitting student are also given access to College and the intranet should they need it.
