What is CUSU Conference?

CUSU Conference is a free training and development conference available to all affiliated J/MCR committees, autonomous campaigns and Faculty Reps. Designed to be relevant to any role on your committee, CUSU Conference provides new and experienced officers with the training and resources they need to be successful student representatives, along with the opportunity to meet and collaborate with other reps from around the University.

Workshops and Training

There will be three core streams of training and workshops; Planning and Running Campaigns, Big Issues at Cambridge and being an Effective Rep. They will cover topics including:

  • Campaigning Skills
  • Comms and Marketing
  • Networking
  • Supporting Students
  • Facilitation
  • Conflict Resolution

Access Statement

There is wheelchair access. There is padded seating, an accessible toilet, and a gender neutral toilet. There is a hearing loop, a bsl interpreter, general car parking, and blue badge parking by request in advance. Further access information can be found here
