We've had some glorious sunshine this weekend! I hope you've managed to enjoy it. The CUSU team sends the very best of wishes to those of you sitting exams this week and onwards.
If you're feeling concerned or worried about exams, or any other issue, and need some confidential advice or to explore your options, you can approach the CUSU-GU Student Advice Service. This professional, non-directive service is open to any student about any issue. You can find the Advice Service at the Graduate Union or at CUSU. They are contactable on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01223 746999.
You can find CUSU's brand new, weekly Q&A article in the Cambridge Tab online. Last week's is here: http://bit.ly/1o4MYwv
If you've got a question you want the sabbs to answer just submit it as a comment under last week's article. We're looking forward to the next round of questions...
Please NOMINATE in the CUSU Student Awards 2014! You can find more information below - individual students, JCRs, MCRs and campaigns, nominated by you, will be in contention for several awards which will be given out at the CUSU garden party in May Week. This is an excellent opportunity to reward the hard work and commitment of student representatives and volunteers across Cambridge, so get involved!
Don't forget, you can vote in the Council and European elections this Thursday 22 May. CUSU will be providing your JCR and MCR with posters and information for you, locating polling stations and offering support with running voter trains taking you to polling stations on Thursday itself. Do email me if you want to be involved. Please be aware that you can only vote in one area in the Euro elections, but in the council elections you are able to vote both in Cambridge and in your "home" constituency.
Have a great week,
