I hope that you've been enjoying the sunshine, whether finished exams (well done!) or still revising hard! If you do find yourself looking for something to fill your time or a break, look below for lots of different options.
You still have a week left to nominate students for the brand new Student Awards (http://bit.ly/YP0vQ7), and at CUSU we are delighted to announce that this year we have been successful in gaining money from the University to employ two new staff roles to enable CUSU to improve the way in which we support and train student representatives in the various networks across the Collegiate University (JCRs, MCRs, Faculty Reps and more), communicate with students, and publicise and run our annual events such as the Societies Fair and the Shadowing Scheme - to make them bigger and better than ever! See below for details on the roles and the vacancies page.
Exams may have finished for some of us, but don't forget that the Student Advice Service is open and available to everyone throughout the term, offering free, confidential and independent support from our professional student advisor and trained sabbatical officers. From educational issues to a health enquiry or mental health issues, the Service exists to support and represent you if you need it. Visit the service at: http://bit.ly/12nrIYc
Lastly, if you've got a gap in your May Week schedule, CUSU is holding a Garden Party open to all students on Monday 17th - hope to see lots of you there for the presentation of the Student Awards.
Have a great week!
