There are six liberation campaigns that exist within CUSU; they are defined membership communities within CUSU’s ordinary membership.
- BME – Black and Minority Ethnic
- DSC – Disabled Students’’ Campaign
- iCUSU – International Students’ Campaign
- LGBT+ Campaign
- Women’s Campaign
- Class Act - More info coming soon.
Each group has its own committee, events and campaigns that they run. Whilst supported by CUSU, they are politically autonomous and set their own policy. They are a great way to get involved in political organising, meet other from marginalised backgrounds, and get involved in student activism.
