Employee Policies

As an employer it is important CUSU has policies and procedures to govern the conduct and expectations of both the employer and each employee. CUSU has an Employee Handbook as well as a number of other specific policies and procedures, which provide a framework for how staff and officers should go about their everyday employment. You should find the answers to most queries regarding your working life at CUSU within these documents or within your contract.
